Pinnacle Global Solutions was founded in 2014 by a group of senior consultants and programme directors who had spent the previous decade running complex, cross-border technology engagements inside the largest global firms. The premise behind the firm was simple: large clients want the calibre of consulting and delivery they receive from the global names, but they want it without the ceremony, the procurement friction, and the disclosure that comes with engaging an institutional brand.
From inception, the firm has been organised around a single operating premise: every engagement begins with a non-disclosure agreement, every project carries a single point of accountability, and every delivery partner is contractually bound to the same standard of confidentiality we extend to our clients. That structure is now applied to more than two hundred and forty engagements across twenty-eight countries.
The firm operates from four offices — New York, London, Singapore and Dubai — with a vetted delivery network spanning 28 countries. We are privately held, free of vendor incentives, and structurally unable to recommend technology choices for any reason other than the client's commercial interest.
