The client NDA
Signed before your project is discussed.
Before any project details are discussed, we prepare and execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement with the engaging client. This takes less than 24 hours. It carries no fee and creates no obligation to proceed.
The NDA covers the project brief, business context, competitive information, and the identity of the engaging organisation. It is governed by the laws of the client's jurisdiction and drafted to meet their legal standard, not ours.
The vendor NDA
Signed before any partner is briefed.
Before any delivery partner is briefed, a separate NDA is executed between Pinnacle Global Solutions and that partner. This agreement covers the client's identity, project details, and all confidential information shared during scoping.
Delivery partners work from project briefs that contain the information they need to deliver — and nothing that would identify the end client. This structure is maintained throughout the engagement unless the client explicitly consents in writing to disclosure.

Inquiry
You reach out — by form, email, or referral. Everything shared at this stage is treated as confidential regardless of whether an NDA has yet been signed. We do not record, distribute or act on any information shared in an initial inquiry without your explicit consent. There is no obligation and no cost attached to this stage.

NDA Execution
Within 24 hours of your inquiry, we prepare and send a mutual NDA for review. Once both parties have signed, formal project discussions begin. We accommodate client-preferred NDA templates where these exist. The NDA covers both parties and both the upstream client relationship and any downstream delivery arrangements.

Scoping & Discovery
Our consulting team works with you to understand requirements, constraints, timeline, and budget. We produce a written scope document, delivery roadmap, and cost estimate within five business days of NDA execution. Nothing in the scoping output is shared outside the engagement without your consent.

Partner Selection
We identify the right delivery resource for your project from within our vetted network. Partners receive a brief that contains what they need to deliver — not who they are delivering it for. Partner selection is confirmed to you before any briefing takes place.

Managed Execution
We run the engagement. You have a single named point of contact. Weekly written progress updates are provided every Friday. Milestone reviews are conducted at agreed intervals. Escalation paths are defined in the project agreement and response times are contractual.

Delivery & Handover
Final delivery includes complete documentation, IP assignment confirmation, and a structured handover. A post-delivery support period of minimum 30 days is included in all engagements unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Acceptance criteria are defined in the project agreement and signed off before closure.

Delivery Partner Model
How we scale delivery.
For engagements requiring specialist execution, Pinnacle operates as prime contractor — bringing in vetted delivery partners under mutual NDA. The client relationship and accountability remain entirely with Pinnacle.

Prime Contractor Model
Pinnacle holds the client relationship and overall programme accountability. Delivery partners execute defined workstreams within our governance framework and never interface with the end client.

NDA Before Everything
Every delivery partner executes a mutual NDA before any scope, client context, or commercial terms are discussed. Confidentiality obligations are identical to those we hold ourselves to.

Selective and Long-Term
We work with a small number of trusted partners across our core sectors. Relationships are built over repeated engagements, not one-off transactions.
