NDA Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Confidentiality is a structural feature of how Pinnacle Global Solutions operates. This policy summarises how we treat confidential information at each stage of an engagement — from the first inquiry through to project handover and beyond.
The client NDA
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed between Pinnacle Global Solutions and the engaging client before any project details are formally discussed. The NDA is prepared and sent for signature within 24 business hours of an inquiry. We accommodate client-preferred templates wherever the terms are reasonable.
The NDA covers the project brief, business context, competitive information, and the identity of the engaging organisation. Information shared before the NDA is signed is nonetheless treated as confidential and is not recorded, distributed, or acted upon without explicit consent.
The vendor NDA
A separate NDA is executed between Pinnacle Global Solutions and any delivery partner before the partner is briefed on a project. This agreement covers the client's identity, the project details, and all confidential information shared during scoping and delivery.
Delivery partners receive briefs that contain what they need to deliver — and nothing that would identify the end client. Their NDA obligations to Pinnacle Global Solutions are at least as protective as the obligations we owe to the client.
Identity protection
The identity of the engaging client is not disclosed to delivery partners, third parties, or in any external communication, unless the client has provided explicit written consent to disclosure. Public references to engagements are anonymised — by sector, region, and outcome — by design.
Duration of obligations
Confidentiality obligations under our standard NDA continue for a defined period after termination of the engagement — typically five years, extendable by agreement. Trade secrets remain protected for as long as they retain that status under applicable law.
Permitted disclosures
Confidential information may be disclosed only where required by law, regulation, or court order, and only after notice to the client where such notice is permitted. The client is afforded a reasonable opportunity to seek a protective order before any such disclosure is made.
Requesting an NDA
To request a draft NDA, submit an inquiry through our contact form with the relevant box ticked, or email info@pinnacleglobalsolutions.tech. A draft will be sent for review within 24 business hours.
